The next few layers im going to leave up to you how you do it BUT it involves covering up the corner of the mouth where the lipstick is on each side of the face so you can either do it your own way or do it the way i did it like this...

Design 90/141 cover up the smudge by the swirl, Up to you what size you make it (COLOR X: -29 Y: -100 Shade: 46 Alpha: 100 )

Design: 103/141 Use to cover up the sides of the mouth but leave a few cm's like it looks in the pic (COLOR x: -39 Y: -100 Shade: 46 Alpha: 100)

Using both of those you can cover up the smeared lipstick effect. Do the same for both sides

Now for the puppet mouth lines

Design: 95/141 (Up to you how high and wide depending on how you want it to look Place on left corner of mouth.)
Color X: -18 Y: 0 Shade: -100 Alpha: 100

Design: 95/141 (Rotate to make a horizontal Line. Up to you how high and wide depending on how you want it to look Place on the chin so it meets both previous lines)
Color X: -18 Y: 0 Shade: -100 Alpha: 100

Facial Features: 8/9 Color X: -50 Y:-100 Shade: -20 Alpha: 0
